Return Policy
Returns/ Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 60
days from the day of purchase.
Items must be returned in new,
resalable condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs will
be at the customer's expense.
In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item, we will issue you a prepaid return shipping label and send the correct item out to you right away.
Returns will be inspected prior to issuing
credit and EZUltrasound.com reserves the right to refuse to refund any returned item that is not in resalable condition. Please allow 4-5 business days to process your refund.
As always, there are NO restocking fees for items being returned for a refund or exchanged!
Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Before returning or exchanging an item, you must email returns@EZUltrasound.com or call 1-888-772-4047 to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization or RMA number. Instructions on how to return your item will be sent
to you via email.
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
Damaged/ Defective Items:
Upon receiving your shipment, please notify EZUltrasound.com as soon as possible if your order arrived damaged or the product was defective. Defective or damaged
items may be repaired or exchanged for the same or
manufacturer's equivalent model only or returned for a full refund.
An RMA number must be obtained before returning an item. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we
will inspect the item and send you a replacement.
Misuse or misapplication of items is beyond our
control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied. If your product is
malfunctioning, you must contact us within the products' warranty period and we will have the product repaired.
Return Instructions:
1. Obtain an RMA Number & Return Address
Locate your order number and
the item(s) purchased you would like to return. Email this information, along with the purchaser's full name, to returns@EZUltrasound.com or call us at 1-888-772-4047. Indicate whether you would like an
exchange or a refund. Please note:
There are NO returns or exchanges for items not in their original condition.
2. Package your Return
Once you obtain an RMA number and
the proper return shipping address, place the items you are returning in sturdy
packaging and write your RMA number on the outside of the box. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not
responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
3. Include your Sales Receipt
Make a copy of the sales receipt
that was enclosed with your original order or emailed to you, highlight the items you are
returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
4. Mail your Return
Take the package to your
preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. We recommend you
purchase shipping insurance and use a shipping method that offers tracking
numbers so you can ensure the package’s safe return.

Canceling/ Changing Orders:
Orders may be canceled or changed at no charge if the items have not been shipped. However, as most orders ship the same business day, there is only a small window of time to change or cancel an order once submitted.
Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse, are subject to our standard return/ exchange policy.
