Buyer indemnifies & holds harmless Mountain Valley Enterprises LLC dba EZUltrasound, its managers, owners & affiliates from any possible injury/ harm from use of any products sold by or through EZUltrasound.*

BUYER AGREEMENT*
Buyer represents and warrants ultrasound machine is intended to be used only on buyer and buyer is not 18 years old or younger, has a pacemaker, poor circulation or is pregnant. Buyer represents and warrants that he or she has consulted with Buyer’s personal physician to determine whether home ultrasound is right for Buyer’s particular condition and overall health condition prior to completing the purchase of a home ultrasound machine.
