Return Policy

Returns/ Exchanges:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 60 days from the day of purchase for a full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable). Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. To find out how to return specific items, see the sections “Ultrasound Machines” & “Ultrasound Gel” below.   Note that returns can only occur once per customer, except for warranty work. If you order a unit and then return it within 60 days for a refund, you will not be able to order another unit and return it for a refund also, it will be yours to keep. We MUST receive the returned unit in our office within 60 days of when the order was placed or we cannot offer the refund.

Please note that existing customers ordering new machines are not eligible to return the new order for a refund.

Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit and reserves the right to refuse to refund any returned item that is not in good condition. Please allow 4-5 business days to process your refund.

As always, there are NO restocking fees for items being returned for a refund or exchanged! Refunds for items returned will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Simply follow the instructions below to return or exchange an item.

Ultrasound Machines
All of our ultrasound machines, the US1000 and the UltraCure PRO™Plus  (unit only) are backed by a 60 day, 100% money-back guarantee because we are so confident in our ultrasound devices’s ability to relive pain & speed healing!  (one return per customer)

If your ultrasound machine has not improved your condition, or you are otherwise dissatisfied, you may return the used, fully operational machine to us for a full refund or exchange (minus original shipping costs, if applicable). The ultrasound machine must be returned in its original packaging along with all its original accessories (gel, treatment manuals, etc).

Ultrasound Gel
Ultrasound Gel bottles  & Sombra Gel topical analgesic jars may only be returned within 60 days to us for a full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable) if they are in new, resalable condition. Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened gel products. You are never charged for the 2.8 oz sample gel that ships in the ultrasound case.

Damaged/ Defective Items:

Upon receiving your shipment, please notify as soon as possible if your order arrived damaged or the product was defective. Defective or damaged items may be repaired or exchanged for the same or manufacturer’s equivalent model only or returned for a full refund.

Please first call or email us at 1-888-772-4047 or prior to returning a damaged or defective item.  Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and send you a replacement.

Misuse or misapplication of items is beyond our control and will void any warranty, expressed or implied.  If your product is malfunctioning, you must contact us within the products’ warranty period and we will have the product repaired or replaced. We usually try to repair your unit, which can take up to four days. If we do replace your unit it typically will be replaced with a refurbished device.

Returns Instructions:

  1. Copy your Sales Receipt

Make a copy of the sales receipt that was packaged with your initial order (or include the original) when packaging your return.  Alternately, you may print a copy of the order confirmation email we sent to your registered email address. You must have your sales receipt for your warranty to be valid.

  1. Indicate Return Items

Highlight the items on your sales receipt that you are returning and indicate whether you would like a refund or what items you would like to exchange for.  Also write a brief description of why you are returning the items.

  1. Pack your Return

Place the items that you are returning and your sales receipt in a sturdy box. Make sure all the items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items. Note that the case of your ultrasound machine and manual must be returned in good condition also or a fee of $20 will be deducted that will enable us to purchase a replacement case.

Note that if using a carrier other than USPS please send an email to for instructions. If at all possible send all returns via USPS.

***IMPORTANT*** If you send it back to our warehouse there will be a $50 processing fee for us to send it to our returns department. Please note that we ship it from a different location than our returns department address. Returns are never are sent to our warehouse.

  1. Mail your Return

Take your package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. If shipping it within the United States use the United States Postal Service (USPS). The customer is responsible for shipping to us, EZUltrasound will pay the cost of shipping back to the customer. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.



Canceling/ Changing Orders:

Orders may be canceled or changed at no charge if the items have not been shipped. However, as most orders ship the same business day, there is only a small window of time to change or cancel an order once submitted.

Orders that have already shipped from our warehouse, are subject to our standard return/ exchange policy.
